‘IBSA’s focus is on establishing and building relationships with both manufacturing industry stakeholders and IBSA’s commercial partners and valued clients.’
With IBSA’s appointment as the Skills Service Organisation (SSO) for the manufacturing industry we look forward to the ongoing role the organisation will have in Australia’s Vocational Education and Training (VET) system.
We are delighted that IBSA will commence training package development work on behalf of each of its allocated Industry Reference Committees.
IBSA continues to develop high quality learning and assessment resources for a range of industries and 2017 will see the release of learning materials in a number of new areas including the construction industry ‘white card’, 3D-Printing, as well as financial services.
The Board are also pleased that the organisation now provides the VET workforce access to professional development opportunities with the launch of IBSA Academy.
At our 2017 Strategic Planning Session the emerging theme was the focus on relationship building. The Board are confident that the capabilities and commitment of IBSA staff positions the organisation well to achieve this.
