Do you have a resource for “x” unit of competency?
IBSA currently produces our own developed resources for various units of competency, we also on-sell various resources. In order to find out if we have a resource for the unit you are after, please conduct a search under the Products & Services/Support Materials tab. Simply enter the unit of competency code in the search option to see what we have available.
Can I pick my order up from your office?
Unfortunately not. Products sold from IBSA are sent directly from various printers/suppliers around Australia. IBSA to not hold stock of resources, our products are printed on demand.
How long will it take for these products to get to me?
As a rule of thumb, products should arrive to you within 5-10 business days. If your products are needed urgently, please contact us on 03 9815 7000 to discuss your options.
Can I get a sample copy before I buy?
In most cases. IBSA can provide a sample copy of products that are IBSA developed. If a sample copy is available, it can be found in the description of the product.
If I buy the Training Package does that mean I can teach it?
No. Only if you are qualified to do so. Contact your State Training Authority to get the qualifications on your scope of registration if you haven’t already done so.
Can I purchase a product and be invoiced for it?
Yes you can. For all new customers, proof of company registration or ABN must be produced prior to being approved to purchase products on invoice.
